Apon contacting Taraiga to inquire about how i could send it back to get the correct one, they offered to ship me the correct one at no extra charge with no catch at all! the customer service was quick to respond and very friendly the whole time. product itself looks great, clean and by all accounts, seems to be of great quality. quite affordable for something i consider as fairly unique as a bracelet Thankyou Taraiga!!!
